• Tabitha Bartolini

Multilingual Translator and Editor in Ita-Eng, Eng-Ita, Fre-Eng,Eng-Fre, Ger-Eng, Fre-Ita, Language Tutor, Interpreter

  •

Italian and English language professional, a native, true bilingual speaker of Italian (over 11 years spent in Italy) and English, near-native skills in oral and written French (Paris seminar) and advanced oral and written German language skills, with multifaceted project management, technical and international marketing expertise. My goal is to deliver the most professional, accurate services to clients and companies.

A U.S. citizen, my international experience includes cultural, life and work experiences in the United States and in Italy over the last 21 years, completing a language immersion seminar in Paris, France during college, and living several months at a time in Bonn, Germany while growing up in Europe in the 80's and 90's.

The linguistic and cultural knowledge gained from growing up in Europe, followed by intensive French and German advanced classes led by an incredible faculty at Drew University, the research and translation done on my University Thesis, and invaluable work experiences, both past and current, in the United States as well as abroad, make me a culturally rich and knowledgeable professional able to respond confidently, accurately and efficiently to clients' varying cultural, linguistic and business needs.

Customer feedback for a translation of 11 short stories from Italian into English, as of March 26, 2012:
    "Hi Tabitha Dearest!
I am so so so pleased with the translation! You did a great job!! I tried translating it myself in the beginning, it was disastrous, and I'm so happy I found you!
If I ever get a thought of a word that I would rather use, and it comes to me in italian, I'll call you to get an opinion, but I don't think so. I think it came out just perfect!"
